Frank got the condo sold in less than 30 days. Initially, we had our rental condo on the market for over 90 days with a different realtor and had no offers. We contemplated renting and had met with 2 qualified renters prior to our meeting with Frank. Frank said, "Give me 30 days. You don't have to accept an offer you don't want." We decided to run the 30 days with him. In the meantime, we took 2 weeks making minor fixes before Frank could list. He listed on a Wednesday, calling for all offers the following Monday. FOUR (4) offers came in. He went back for best and final. We ended up with an offer of $37,000 (9.6%) above the listing and at our desired sale price. After the offer was in, Frank continued to make sure all requirements were met prior to keeping the deal on track to close within 30 days. We closed a month later.
